Returns


Within 30 days of delivery on faulty goods. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return.

Products of a personal nature can not be returned if you simply changed your mind this is due to health and hygiene reasons. All products have been tested to ensure they are in full working order and batteries included where needed. If you find your product has been damaged in transit please contact us and we will endeavor to replace or refund you where needed. All shipping and handling costs will be at our expense on the return of damaged goods.



Sale Items


All sale items have also been tested and shipped to you in working order. However reasons for items on sales varies from deleted lines to damaged packaging etc. There is a no refund policy on items listed as SALE.



Warranty


Some of the products we sell come with a manufactures warranty and we will help where ever needed to ensure they fulfill this warranty. This can be up to 12 months after time of purchase. We keep all sales records on hand if proof of purchase is needed. How ever if you find your product to be faulty with in a 30day period please contact us and we will endeavor to replace or refund if replacement is not available.



Delivery


We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using NZ Couriers for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.
We endeavor to ship all goods within 2 working days of receiving your order, if for some reason this is not possible we will contact you either via phone or email to discuss delays and your preferred options.There is a set fee of $6.50 per order irrelevant of how many items you purchase or how heavy they maybe within NZ.

Your privacy is very important to ENTICEME. ENTICEME uses such voluntarily submitted information for the purposes for which it was submitted.



When you place an order ENTICME will ask you to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, mailing address, or e-mail address. The personal information you submit when placing your order is treated as confidential. We use this information to process your transaction, and we share the information with Visa, Mastercard, etc. in order to process your order.



We use cookies


Cookies allow ENTICEME to remember you. If we didn't use cookies you would have to enter your details each time you visited. If you really prefer not to use cookies you can set your browser preferences to not accept cookies. Most websites however, including ENTICEME, require cookies to process your orders.

Trends, Tracking and Sharing Information


ENTICEME uses standard software for monitoring statistical information such as how many visitors we have to our websites and what countries they are coming from. These statistics are viewed on an aggregate basis and help us get general overviews of customer trends. We do not look at individual customer data. Personal information specific to each Vendor's sales is treated as strictly confidential and will only be reviewed or examined in the event of a dispute, claim, error or customer request.



Security


ENTICME uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site and maintained in our possession. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.
